Charity in Ramadan

“The Prophet Muhammad [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] was the most generous amongst the people, and he used to be more so in the month of Ramadaan when Hazrat Jibraaeel [Aaliehis Salaam]visited him, and He used to meet him on every night of Ramadaan till the end of the month. The Prophet Muhammad [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] used to recite the Holy Qur’aan to Hazrat Jibraaeel [Alaiehis Salaam], and when Hazrat Jibraaeel [Alaiehis Salaam] met him, he used to be more generous than a fast wind (which causes rain and welfare). Hadees Shareef about Sadqaah - Charity

In Saheeh Bukhaari there is a Hadees that says the companion of the Holy Prophet [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam]. The leader of a tribe from amongst the Helpers of Madinah [Ansaar] Hazrat Saad bin Ubadaah (Peace be upon him, his family and his companions), whose mother had died in his absence  came to  the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him, his family and his companions) and said:

Accomplish Desires and Attain Rewards-Continuous Charity

To give wealth in the name of Allah by Allama Kaukab Noorani Okarvi
