شعبان المعظّم، فرزندِ مجتبیٰ، شہیدِ کربلا، حضرت سیّدنا امام قاسم بن حسن رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنھما کی تاریخِ ولادت ہے۔ اللہ کریم شہ زادۂ ریحانِ رسول ﷺ کے صدقے اس امّت پر اپنا خاص فضل فرمائے۔

 

SHABAN- THE 8TH MONTH OF ISLAMIC CALENDER -SHA‘ BAAN-UL-MU'AZZAM-

     SHA‘ BAAN-UL-MU'AZZAM  

 8th Islamic Month-

Sha’baan is the 8th month of the Islaamic calendar and the month in which the holy night of  Shab-e-Baraa'at is celebrated.  In Arabic it is called Laiela tul Baraa’at. "Laiela tul Baraa'at" (Night of freedom from hell) the fifteenth night of Sha'baan.
There are many Ahadees of the holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) in which he described the Virtue and Blessings of this month.

The Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam)  has said:
     “Rajab is the month of Allaah Ta’aalaa, Sha’baan is my month and Ramadaan is the month of my Ummah. In Sha’baan sins are forgiven by Allaah Ta’aalaa and in Ramadaan my people are completely purified from sins.”
