#Qibla-Baiet-Ul-Laah-The Changing Of Qiblaah-Meray Sarkaar Kay Qadam Pouhanchay-TV-Program-Maulana Kaukab Noorani Okarvi

 The Changing Of Qiblaah

 Baiet Ul laah-Qiblaah
Masjid Al Qiblaatayn
Assalam o Alaiekum!
I hope you will be enjoying the program on the places that were visited by Our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in the sacred month of Ramadaan. The verses regarding the Ka’aba and Qiblaa need the attention. We all know that when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was in the Makkah Muslim used to pray by turning their faces towards Baiet ul Muqaddas (Masjid Al Aqsa - Palestine). Because till then Baiet ul Muqadas was first Qiblaa. But Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had a different wish in his heart. Even 16 to 17 months after migration to Madinah Muslim used to pray by turning their faces towards Qiblaa Awwal. Our Beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ was offering prayer of Zuhr (noon) in a mosque in the village of Abu Salaam; Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had a wish that Ka’aba Ibraheemi (Khana Ka’aba) is fixed as our (Muslims) Qiblaa. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ looks towards the heaven during the prayer. Consider the Ayaat no 144,
“We have been seeing you turning your face to the heavens. So, We will certainly assign to you a Qiblaa that you would like. Now, turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque (Al-Masjid-ul-Haram), and (O Muslims), wherever you are, turn your faces in its direction. Even those who have been given the Book know well that it is the truth from their Lord, and Allaah is not unaware of what they do.”
Two Raka’at of Zuhr Prayer has been offered and two are remaining, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ turned his face towards Ka’aba Ibraheemi i.e. Khana Ka’aba, so offered remaining two Raka’at were offered by turning faces towards Khana e Kaaba.

The mosque in which this incident occurred is known as Masjid Al Qiblaatayn meaning Masjid with two Qiblaa’s. Thus our prophet became Imaam ul Qiblatayn i.e. Imaam of both Qiblaa’s. Now the Allaah Almighty orders are Muslims to turn their face in the direction of Khana e Ka’aba.

I would like to clarify one more thing, that is the one sentence of verse No 143 of Soorah Al-Baqaraah,

“And We did not prescribe the Qiblaa which you used to observe except to know the one who follows the Messenger as distinct from the one who turns on his heels.”

Keep this in mind that we cannot follow Islaam leaving the trails of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the one who abandons Sunnah of Prophet ﷺ cannot be loved by Allaah [Ta’aalaa]. Wherever the feet of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ touch they become sacred places.

Consider verse no 149-150 of Soorah Al-Baqaraah, “149. From wherever you set out, turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque (Al-Masjid-ul-Haram). That, indeed, is the truth from your Lord, and Allaah is not unaware of what you do.”

“And from wherever you set out, turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque (Al-Masjid-ul-Haram), and (O Muslims), wherever you are, turn your faces in its direction, so that people should have no argument against you, except for those among them who are unjust, - do not fear them, but fear Me (Allaah) -, and so that I should perfect My blessings upon you, and that you may take the right path.”

Ka’aba has been made center of the Muslims, that whenever any Muslim in any part of the world prays he turns his face towards Ka’aba. This is the Ka’aba around which my Prophet Muhammad ﷺ did Tuwwaaf, [circling] this is the Ka’aba with in which my Prophet  Muhammad ﷺ went, visits of Prophet ﷺ made Ka’aba more sacred for us.

Just imagine what would be the scene when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was praying turning his face towards Khana e Ka’aba. May Allaah Kareem bless us to offer prayers five time regularly and love Khana e Ka’aba. This is the House of Allaah [Ta’aalaa], Allaah Almighty does not need any place or house to live but it is for us (human beings) so that we can offer prayers by turning our faces towards it… Excerpt- Meray Sarkaar Kay Qadam Pouhanchay...TV Program-Allamah Kaukab Noorani Okarvi

Eid Mubaarak -Hazrat Allaamah Kaukab Noorani Okarvi Live Program

How Did Our Prophet Celebrate Eid

Sadqa E Fitr Eid Se Pehle Adaa Karen

EID UL FITR -Hazrat Allaamah Kaukab Noorani Okarvi

Eid Mubaarak Eid ul Fitr

Eid ul Fitr - We should not forget them our fellow Muslim families. How will they be celebrating this year?

We should not forget them our fellow Muslim families. How will they be celebrating this year? The people of Palestine Chechnya, Kashmir, Afghanistan and all those who lost their loved one due to terrorists attacks all over the world and people  who suffer throughout the year due to injustice.
These people are probably the last ones on our minds as we rush to finish our last minute gift shopping, pick out our outfit or decorate the house for the special occasion. While much of Eid is focused on how to make the holiday happy and special, especially for our children, we cannot neglect to share the pain of others on this day.

These are the people for whom Eid will mean settling into a refugee camp not decorating their homes. For thousands of them, Eid will mean trying desperately to find food for the day, not preparing a special meal for the family.
Also, don't forget to make Dua as an individual on Eid day, thanking Allaah Kareem for His blessings while praying for people suffering everywhere. Another way of sharing the pain and trying to help is by arranging to send gifts and sweets. Some relief organizations have programs in place to provide orphans, for instance, with new clothes, a gift and sweets on Eid day.

HOW SHOULD A MUSLIM OBSERVE EID-UL-FITR

Eid-ul-Fitr refers to the festival after completion of fasting in the Month of Ramadaan. This auspicious occasion is celebrated on the 1st of Shawwaal ul Mukarram which is the 10th month of the Islaamic calendar. The festival of Eid-ul-Fitr is a manner of showing appreciation and gratitude to Almighty Allaah for all that He has bestowed upon us.

On the morning of Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims throughout the world perform the traditional Eid Salaah, which is Waajib upon all Muslims. It is not permissible to miss the Eid prayer without any valid reason. With the exception of performing the Eid Prayer, there are also various actions which are desirable on the day of Eid

.
These are:

to trim the hair and nails

to perform the Ghusl (Ceremonial Bath),

to use the Miswaak (special toothbrush),

to wear (if affordable) or good clean clothing, and to use Ittar (Perfume),

to perform the Fajr Salaah (morning prayer) in the nearest Mosque of your area,

to leave early to perform the Eid Salaah,

to give the Sadaqa-e-Fitr (Eid-ul-Fitr Charity) before the Eid Salaah,

to go by foot (if possible) for the Eid Salaah, and return home in another route,

to eat a few dates (preferably an odd number) or something sweet before going for Eid Salaah, and

to show happiness and gratification, to give charity in abundance, to walk modestly towards the Eid gathering, and to wish and congratulate one another after the Eid Prayer.

As much as Eid is a time of rejoicing, it is also a time of giving and sharing with those less fortunate than yourself. The Holy Prophet Muhammad [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] would always be the first to congratulate the poor and the orphans. We should also try to be as kind as possible on this day to our fellow Muslims. The Holy Prophet [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] has stated, "Smiling in the face of your brother is Charity."

Sunnah of Holy Prophet on the Eid Day [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam]

To eat an odd number of dates or anything sweet on the day of Eid ul Fitr.
To give Sadqah ul Fitr
To go to the place of Eid Salaah early
To use different routes to and from the place of Eid Salaah
To walk to the place of Eid Salaah (If it is within walking distance because every step is reward)

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF EID UL FITR?
