The conditions for Salaatul Janaazah
FUNERAL RITES- Namaaz e Janaazah
The "Arkaan", Waajibaat" of funeral prayer...
There are two "Rukn,Arkaan" (obligatory acts) in Salaatul Janaazah i. to say "Allaah-o-Akbar" four times and to offer it standing and three are Sunnat-e-Muakkadaah i.e. to glorify Allaah [Ta'aalaa], invoke Almighty Allaah's blessings on the Holy Prophet [Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam] and make "Du'aa" for the dead.
The conditions for Salaatul Janaazah?
There are two kinds of conditions, requisites for holding funeral prayer -concerning Prayer, worship and
Concerning the dead body.
Requisites for "Prayers" are exactly the same as those of other prayers and as for the dead body there are certain conditions i.e. (1). The dead must be Muslim,(2). body and shroud should be clean,(3). dead body should be present.
Hence, there is no Salaatul Janaazah for an absentee dead. The funeral prayer of Najaashi (Negus) the king of Abyssinia offered by the Holy Prophet [Peace be upon him] without the bier being in front was one of his (Prophet's) exclusive privileges.
Doing so is not lawful for others,(4). the dead body should either be on the land or in hands but be near to the Imaam, (5).
Bier should be placed in front of the prayer-carpet,cloth facing the Qiblaah,(6) all those parts of the body which are necessary to be covered must be covered and (7) dead body should be in front of the Imaam.
Is funeral prayer "Farz" or "Waajib"?
FUNERAL RITES-ISLAAMIC KNOWLEDGE
Is funeral prayer "Farz" or "Waajib"?
A. "Salaatul Janaazah" (funeral prayer) is "Farz-e-Kifaayah" i.e. if it is offered by only one all will be absolved of the obligation, otherwise all those who had come to know of it and did not offer, will be sinner. The denier of the "obligatory nature" of Salaatul Janaazah is an infidel. Jamaa'at is not essential for it. Even if a single person offered it, "Farz" would be accomplished.

Namaaz e Janaaza the accepted way of carrying bier to graveyard.
What is the accepted way of carrying bier to graveyard?
A. The Sunnat way of carrying "Janaazah"(bier) to graveyard is that four persons should carry the four-poster shouldering one of its legs and change his shoulder after walking ten steps on each of the four legs in succession. And "accepted way" according to Sunnah is that one should shoulder the front right-leg of the four-poster and then the back right-leg and thereafter the front left-leg and then the back left-leg walking ten steps on shouldering each leg. Thus the distance covered will be forty paces. A Hadees to this effect says: the one who carries "Janaazah" forty paces, will have his forty major sins erased.
The bier should be carried with the head of the four-poster forward and swiftly but taking care that the swiftness does not cause shaking to the dead body.
Namaaz e Janaaza Hadees Mubarika Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam)
Hazrat Abu Hurairaah (May Allaah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet of Allaah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever follows the funeral procession and offers the funeral prayer for it, will get a reward equal to one Qiraat, and whoever attends it till burial, will get a reward equal to two Qiraat.'' It was asked, "What are two Qiraat?'' He (ﷺ) replied, "Equal to two huge mountains."
[Al-Bukhaari and Muslim].
Namaaz e Janaaza Hadees Mubarika Prophet Muhammad (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam)
When Hazrat Maalik bin Hubairaah (May Allaah be pleased with him) offered a funeral prayer and found a small number of participants, he would divide them into three rows and would say that the Prophet of Allaah (ﷺ) said, "If three rows of men offer funeral prayer over anyone, his entry into Jannah will become certain."

Beliefs of Ahle Sunnat Wa Jamaa'at- Visting Mazaar Shareef
Urs is the day of the passing away of the noble Saints. The word Urs has been taken from the Hadees: "Sleep just like the bride." (Mishkhaat Shareef) The Angels say to the Pious in the grave, "Sleep with restfulness and comfort just like a bride."
On the day of the passing away of a Saint or on a specific date, his admirers, disciples, followers and relatives assemble together at the grave of the Saint to obtain spiritual benefit and celebrate the anniversary with rejoice.
It is also very worthy to recite the Quraan Shareef and pass on the Sawaab (reward) to their soul and to recite Faatihah and distribute sweetmeat among those present.

Continued Article...Who Are Ahle Sunnat Wa Jamaa'at?
Those Muslims who are by belief Maatureedi or Ash'aree and in Jurist form the followers (مقلدين Muqallideen) of Hanafee, Shaafi’ee, Maalikee, Hanmbalee and are associated with some correct Chain of Suufi Doctrines Qaadiree, Chishtee, Naqshbandee, Suharwardee, Shaazli, Rifaa'ee etc. are all Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaa’at (In one word سنى “Sunni”). (Those Sunni Believers with correct beliefs who are not their followers or are not associated with any Suufi Chain of Doctrine they are also included in Sawaad-e-A’zam.) Since the beginning of every era Sawaad-e-A’zam Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaa’at have been in large quantity. But the rule of evaluation is not more or less rather it is the following of the Truth.
The title or term Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaa’at has not been self-created after the first three periods (قرون ثلاثه Quroon-e- Salaasah). Rather before the innovated sects this expression is being used for the true Muslims with correct beliefs since the period of the sacred physical presence of the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) and the His holy Companions.
Therefore the narration of Hazrat Saiyyidinaa Imaam Zaien-ul-Aabideen Alee Bin Husaien (Allaah be pleased with them) is present that
“To send Durood Shareef in abundance on the Beloved Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) is the sign of being Ahl-e-Sunnat.” (Al-Targheeb: 963, Al Qaulul Badee pg52, Fazaail e A'maal pg688.)
It is narrated by Abdul Laah Bin Amar that the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) has stated “......Certainly Bani Israa'eel (The progeny of Israa’eel) are divided in 72 groups and my Ummat (Nation) will be divided in 73 groups, beside just one group all will go to hell.” The respected Companions (Allaah be pleased with them) said, “Yaa Rasoolal Laah! (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaieka Wa Sallam), Who will be that one group?” So the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) stated “The path on which I am and are my Companions on.” (Tirmizee:2641 , Ibne Maajah: 3992, Abu Daawood: 4597, Miskaat: 171)
Imaam Mullaa Alee Qaari (Allaah have mercy on him) has said that Maa Anaa ‘Alaiehi Wa As-haabi‘s " verification is undoubtedly, the Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaa’at. It is said the clarification of the statement is like this that the dwellers of Paradise are those who are by belief, by words and by action on the way of the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) and his Companions. Because without any difference this is well known that the matter on which the Scholars of Islaam agree is the Truth and beside this it is not true.
It is stated by Ibne Umar (Allaah be pleased with them) in narrations he have said the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) has stated, “Undoubtedly Allaah Ta’aalaa will not unite the Followers of the Muhammad on falsehood and the Have of Allaah is on the Jamaa’at .”
“Follow Sawaad-e-A’zam, besides any person who detaches (by belief or by words or by action from this Jamaa’at) he is separate in fire. The meaning and translation of this is the person who is detached from his fellow People of Paradise (Ahl-e-Sunnat Wa Jamaa’at), he will be placed in the hell.” (Tirmizee: 2167, Kanzul Ul Ummaal: 1029, 1030, Mishkaat :173, 174)
Hazrat Ibne Abbaas (Allaah be pleased with him) narrated that the holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu ‘Alaiehi Wa Sallam) has said,
“Whoever becomes separate from the Jamaa’at (Ahl-e-Sunnat) even for a span and then dies, he will die as a rebellious sinner.” (Bukhaari: 7054)
The scholar of the opponents of Ahl-e-Sunnat Allaamah Ibne Taimiyyah has written in the interpretation of
Yauma Tabyaddu Wujoohun-Wa Taswaddu Wujooh………” (Al Qur’aan, Ch 3, Verse:106)
"Ibne Abbaas (Allaah be pleased with him) states, “On the Day of Judgment Ahl-e-Sunnat faces will be white and their opponent’s faces will be black.”
To be continued...In Shaa Allaah.
Charity
Those who spend their wealth
(in Allâah's Cause) by night and day, in secret and in public, they shall have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
Qur’aan
Being charitable and providing for the needy is a major aspect of Islaam and characteristic of the Muslim. Charity is one of the major foundations of Islaam. If it is weak, then the foundation of the faith and the Muslim community is weak. This will eventually come to touch each of our lives, one way or another.
In spite of this, there are still an unfathomable amount of starving, poor, hungry and destitute Muslims and non-Muslims in the world. At the same time, there is a high number of rich Muslims in the world who are wasting their wealth on luxuries, and even forbidden items. Remembering to give charity correctly is crucial to both the well-beings of the needy as well as our own ultimate happiness.
